Conference Registration
Advance registration rates are valid through 11:59 pm PST, Wednesday, July 25, 2012.
At-Conference Registration prices are from July 26 – September 1, 2012.
If needed, please download the invitation letter to apply for Visa to attend EMBC'12.
Please keep in mind that participation in special events (e.g. Social Dinner, Luncheon Talks, and Workshops) will require separate registration fees - these will be posted later.

Registration includes:
Access to all sessions, exhibits, welcome reception, conference program, conference proceedings on CD or flashdrive, plus additional conference handouts.
Does not include:
Workshops, tutorials, or clinical courses. The fees for the workshops and tutorials can be found here.
Refunds:
General attendees (non-authors) are eligible for a registration refund if the refund is requested in writing prior to August 2, 2012 and will incur a processing fee of $50. There are no registration refunds after August 2, 2012.
Authors who have uploaded their papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
